Fenn has extensive courtroom experience in both the trial and appellate courts including Federal District Courts and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented clients in their testimony before Congress. Several of his cases have garnered national media attention.
Fenn earned his undergraduate degree in Economics with a Minor in American History from Washington and Lee University and his J.D. from the University of Georgia. He was President of Phi Alpha Delta, 1986-1987, and the secretary of the Federalist Society in 1985-1986.
He currently serves on the Boards of Compassion House and Wilderness Works Ministries. He is an active member of the Church of the Apostles and shares his life with his wife of 21 years, Ruth Barrett Little, their two daughers, Emily and Ruby and their dog Thomas.
